In Unity 5, I have AA to supervise transfer to internet subscribers. If the line is busy, I simply want Unity to play a prompt saying the line is busy and please dial again later and then hang up the call. However, it seems there is no such kind of option. I can only choose to hold the call and a provided a fixed menu. Is there a method to achieve what I request?
FYI, I cannot release transfer the calls, since the phones are in Nortel and if busy, Unity will just drop the calls.
