CUCM Disaster Recovery System DST issue

Customers Communications Manager backup (Disaster Recovery System) has been one hour off since Mar 8th (US DST cutover date). Version 6.1.2 No DST patch for CSCsy25150 applied, client just manually moved their timezone during that week to fix TOD routing. Heres the kicker, on Mar 15th, you'd think it would move back to normal. It did not.

The real issue is that the scheduled backup has also been failing ever since March 9th, the first night it ran an hour late. Even manually started backups are failing now.

Anybody have any ideas why they would fail? Backup target is available 24hrs/day.

- Ensure that Database Replication is working correctly before installing the patch file; you can check this from RTMT or Cisco Unified Reporting.

- Install the patch file only on the Publisher from the "Install/Upgrade" option under "Cisco Unified Communications Operating System Administration."

- Wait for 60 seconds.

- Ensure that Database Replication is working correctly after the installation is complete.

- Restart Cisco CallManager service on all the nodes in the cluster that are running this service.

Or try to apply the latest firmware to all phones and reset NTP.
