I am not 100% shure about this but to know that, I think you need to have the time set.

after the time is set it will display that in the first couple of lines of the "show running" command.

if you have accounts then it will also show what account was used to change.

But at least it'll tell Vinoth who was the last person to enter into "config term" command and wheter the configuration was last saved.

If you want to know WHAT COMMANDS were used, you can also do the following:

archive

log config

logging enable

notify syslog

hidekeys

This command is NOT valid on the 2900/3500 and 2940/2950/2955 switches. Good for routers and switches.
