FXS Voice ports showing off-hook in Cisco 2821

Hi,

I have installed FXS ports on a 2821 router. Since two days ago they have gone into off-hook status and remained that way. I'm not able to make any calls. Please i need your input to resolve this.

Hi!

Did you try to reload the router and see if the problem is cleared? What happens if you manually do a shut/no shut on the ports? Also check the IOS version, sometimes an upgrade helps if the IOS is too old. Otherwise probably you'll need to replace the cards...
