Phone Anormal Situation

Hi I have a Cisco Unified Call Manager version:, the telephony solution work fine, the only problem is if a user from its phone (registered in the call manager) dial a directory number no existing in the Route Plan Report, the phone tries to establish the call but the phone becomes unstable, the solution is disconnect the ethernet cable of phone, to return to normal operation of telephone.

What can I do ?
