Running parallell Tacacs and Radius Authentication

Hello! We're moving from Tacacs to auth via Radius, i've a local account configured in LMS 2.6 on all managed switches, and one account for LMS in Tacacs. If we create a new Radius account for LMS, cfg fetch etc.

What are the steps for making this as easy as possible?

You need to add LMS in acs with Authentication using radius instead of tacacs.
