CAR administrator will generate the gateway utilization report. The report provides an estimate of the utilization percentage of the gateway for the period, and not the exact utilization.

It will give an hourly utilization report for the gateways which contained the percentage of calls per gateway port per hour. Also it gives a Gateway summary report which contains the number of calls per gateway port.
