Trying to use RTMT to view Unity Connection 2.1 ports. This used to work but now when I attempt to "start polling" to get the ports it states that there are no ports configured. Unity Cx is working fine and all the ports are there within the Unity Cx GUI. Any assitance would be appreciated.

I've seen similar issues and found the RTMT to be unreliable, I've been using the Port Monitor tool instead downloadable from ciscounitytools.com
