Hi All,
We are using CME 4.2 version which is connected to SIP service provider. when I setup call forward all on IP phone and dial that IP phone, answering machine says "your call can't be completed as dial". but CME sends right digits based on "debug ccsip message" and "debug voice ccapi inout". I talked to SP and Cisco TAC, but the problem has not been solved yet.
these are the command I applied and related to this issue:
1- voice service voip
allow-connection sip to sip
2- telephony-service
call-forward pattern .T
any idea would be very appreciated.

Have you configured any new translation patterns recently? It may occur when a translation pattern has not been configured properly.
Also check whether the partition is correct and also check phone picked up the proper phone load
