Is there a way for a callers name to be displayed when ringing in.

In other words I want the number to ring a hunt group which will call 3 or more phones. I would like it to display the name of the caller so that it can be recognised and asnwered in the appropriate manner.

I know we are not having caller id service from the providor, I was hoping there was something on CUCM that I could configure

if you are getting an icoming call from the PSTN, there is nothing for you to configure, the name on the caller id is named Information Elements, and is set by the TELCO, some of them have this option some other do not

In Callmanager express, you can do this, so surely it can be done in Cucm
