Delete Events in NCM

I would like to know if there is a way for restrict the users from delete events for example in the System & Network Events Report.

I think with the help of QPM you can restrict the user in NCM.

Thank you for your answer, but my question was another.

I would like to know if exists a way to restric the users from delete logs in the Events Report in Cisco Works Network Compliance Manager.
