i have a customer that when dialing a 9 to get an outside line the dial tone does not come up until they dial the remaining numbers. They want the dial tone right away after pressing the 9. I'm thinking it is a Service Parameter setting, i could be wrong just had a major brain fart and cannot remember. Thanks in advance for the help!
you have overlapping elements, only route patterns and translation patterns have the provide outside dial-tone. if there is a possible match that does not contain the checkbox it won't be generated until all elements in possible matches have the checkbox.
review you route plan report and correct that
