script to delete shared lines

Unanswered Question

I'm trying to use BAT to delete multiple phones, but it doesn't work. It looks like CallManager considers a phone that has two lines to be a shared line, and BAT won't delete shared lines.

Anyone know of a way around this? Maybe a script to delete shared lines first?

I have this problem too.

The only reason 2 appearences of the same extension will show as a shared line is if they are in the same partition. Move the second line into a separate partition and the lines will no longer be shared. Then you can delete them.

Thanks for the help so far. I can actually delete the lines, I was just looking for a way to automate it. Our company recently had some severe cutbacks, so I have to delete hundred of phones.
