What is the order of operations on dial peers that use digit manipulation and voice translation profiles?
I'm studying from the CVOICE book, Third Edition by Kevin Wallace. I think there is a ton of errata in here but the errata hasn't been updated it seems.
I'm concerned with when dial peers are matched, both inbound and outbound, versus when the digit manipulation is applied, either through basic digit manipulation or voice translation profiles.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

inbound pots>> port-translation profile> numberexpansion after DP match CLID and dial-peer teranslation profile
voip inbound >>global translation-profile>>num exapnsion >>after DP match>> CLID >>DP translation-profile
pots outbound>>DP translation>>CLID>>prefix-digits/forwad-digits
voip outbound>>DP translation>>CLID
good luck

Ok, I think I know where I was getting confused.
There are translation profiles bound at both the port and dial-peer level. Is that correct?

yes,
for inbound the port will be processed first
