I am writing a script to control de call process in the company, and I need to maintain the call control in the unity before transfer the call to the differts coworkers.
I have config ccn subsystem sip transfer mode to ATTENDED in order to do that, and it seems to work good. When the user is available the Call Rediret takes the succesfully option, if is Busy, takes busy option, and if the user do no answer takes Unsuccefully option.
The problem here is when the CUE check the availability of the user, I do not have ringback tone, and the calling user may think the call have been missed.
I have tried SEMIATTENDED mode and works fine for busy and invalid, but do not work in case "no answer".
Someone could help me please.
