The default username is admin. The default password is admin. Some good info on (lab 7A):

In the doc http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/sbcs/smartdoc/sysetup2.pdf , it lists the default as cisco/cisco  FYI

I am on my third SR520 and this one the default is cisco/cisco. Why is it different each time?

Manufacturing default configuration was changed after the initial release of the unit. Therefore, earlier units had a slightly different username password.
