Hi all, a company is proposing a solution to put in 2 routers in different comms rooms on our site, 4 meg in one room and 4 meg in the other to the wan, they are selling it to us as 8 meg bandwidth, from the lan when pointing traffic to these routers, will I need to put 2 static routes on my router to both of the wan routers.

also in my eyes its load balancing and not aggregating the links to 8 meg, am i correct ?

what kind of routers do you use?

maybe your network should be redesigned, you can use 2 switches in each room and one router, then simply share bandwidth or set up shapers.
