CUCM 6.1.2 Intergration with Nevotek V/IP

I am trying to add the ability to tranfer directly to a user's voicemail greeting. I tried using A CTI Route point and a voicemail profile (which i know works with unity) but this doesn't seem to work with Nevotek (Adagio). The CTI Route point and VM profile sends the call to Nevotek but then asks for the mailbox ID. It doesnot send the call to the users greeting.

Does anyone have experience with this?

I have this problem too.

You'll need to get logs from the Nevotek, try to see what number it sees the calls being forwarded for (it likely is seeing an incorrect length of digits).

Failing that, enable detail tracing of whatever protocol (i.e. h323, sip etc) Nevotek connects to CCM via, and see what digits CCM is sending to it.

Turns out this will not work in the Nevotek suite. I ran traces to see what CM is sending the nevotek and tried replicating that but no go.

I then worked with the nevotek developers and we were not able to get it working. They have added this as a feature set they are working on.

If I get a fix I will post it here but until then no direct transfer to VM.
