Hi,


Need fix problem with Agent Desktop can't I open, they say me about license administrator or resources are inactive, but on Control Center Services are Running.

If UCCX

Could be an issue with the agents phone not being associated with the RMCM user in CUCM.

Or

Simple as access between CAD and UCCX, make sure no firewall is on and test again.

I fixed problem, reinstall all CRS and download one more time CAD and works fine.
