Hi, I have configured Virtual-Templete over PPP on Frame Relay connectivity. THe problem is, whenever I am configuring EIGRP or OSPF. Then Neighbor is established, but it is not advertising the Routes/Network......

Hello Rupesh,
check the ospf network type on both sides
using
sh ip ospf int multilink XX
a network type mismatch can cause this problem.
the command ip ospf network can be used in interface configuration mode to fix this.

One thing common with RIP and EIGRP is split horizon.
