Hi All,

we had a problem with Unity. when someone left a message on the unity, message disappear and it went no where. Then I run "message store wizard" and "permission wizard". they have not solved this problem, also the problem got worse. Now Unity can't start at all. when I try to open Unity Admin page, I receive the error message stating some DLL file are missing. like AvSaLocalizationSvr.DLL

if you show me how to start troubleshooting and which tools I should use, I'll be very appreciated.
