We are using Ciscoworks LMS 3.0.1 version.

In HUM module, By default Ciscoworks is taking 10mbps for IDSM interface.

We have test the device by getif and the device interface is gigabit(1000mbps).

In the portlet TOP-N interface utilization it is showing IDSM device interface utilization up to 400%.

I am attaching graph of the interface utilization.

How can we adjust the interface value for these devices , if we cannot than in which version of HUM this issue will be solved?

The interface utilization graph is very confusing.

Please help us to solve this issue.
