Hello,

CNA shows "unsupported device" for our Cisco 6509 with a Sup-720 in it. We are used to working with it on a 3550. It is a great tool. Are we missing something or is it not supported for our switch ??

Thanks

What is your CNA's version?

Version 5.4

Thanks

This is weird. CNA v5.4 will only support "Catalyst 6500 Series Switch with the Catalyst 6500 Supervisor Engine 32".

Hello

Yes i read that :(. Anything on this?? This is really weird

Is there any solution to this?

Thanks

Unfortunately, version 4.x won't support 6500. So I guess, you can leave a comment in the download section and highlight your complaint.

Any plans on supporting it?? Where can we see new upcoming features and supported switches?

Unfortunately, I wouldn't have any idea what Cisco's plans are.

Post your comments/complaints in the download section and wait for their response.
