Correct Automatic Data Purging is also happening but problem is our ICM SIDE A(Active Server) Disk are running with short of space.Even we changed the DB path also now that is also full.We checked with Cisco also they suggested to upgrade the HDD.........

What size hard disk are we talking about on your Logger?

Currently 80 GB Hard Disk is running which we created two partition C & D.First Logger was pointed to C when C drive space full after that we pointed to D drive. Now D drive is also running with Short of Space.

So now we are planning to add one more Hard Disk but we are not aware we need to move all DB or only we can point Logger to new HDD?

You would use SQL Server Enterprise Admin in a standard way to add new data space to the SQL database for _sideA which would live on your new drive. Probably add new space for the transaction log also on your new drive.

You also mention that the HDS is auto purging due to capacity at 90%. Do you have plans to increase the HDS data files to correct this issue? What drive is the HDS data and log files currently on, C:, D:, etc... Eventually you will have degradation when running Webview reports if this is not corrected.

What are the settings of table retention on both the loggers and the HDS? Open ICMDBA (both logger and HDS) drill down to the database _hds right click and then click "estimate" this will show the retention settings for all tables in HDS. You can check for the same at the _sideA database.
