CUCM 6.1(3) MOH on OffNet Call

Hi Experts,

I converted mp3 file to :

1. WAV file PCM 16 bit Mono

2. WAV file PCM 16 bit Stereo

before I converted and uploaded the WAV PCM 16 bit Stereo file, I tested WAV PCM 16 bit Mono MOH on on-net call and it is working fine but it doesn't work on offnet called/calling party but when I used the samplemoh both on-net and offnet called/calling party that was on hold could hear the MOH. All site using G711. the WAV PCM 16 bit Stereo file also having same issue

Please advise.

if you go to the MOH audio source does it says the file was changed successfully to be uses as MOH?

Hi

Yes it was converted as a MOH source successfully. Thanks for the info. the Offnet MOH had been resolved by uploading the wav file to both PUB & SUB.
