Historical Reporting App Issue

Client reports not being able to run the Historical Reporting app from "other areas in his network". I don't know the details, but just want to throw it out there and see if anyone has any info on this. Does the Historical Reporting app have issues running from separate subnets, VPN tunnels, etc?? Does it need to be run on the local voice subnet?

Hi Brian

This shouldn't be a restriction, as long as the client can see the Primary CRS server and (if installed) the HA, it will work.

ACLs firewalls excluded.
