This process is associated with CiscoWorks Assistant. Simply reboot the server, and the problem should go away.

I too am seeing this process take over the CPU at times. Is there a better solution than "reboot the server"? Since you pointed out that it is for the CWA I have been simply killing the process.

What is causing this and what can be done to prevent?
