Hello,
Each time that I run CiscoIP Communicator, it ask me to tune audio. I go to tune audio and then just click on cancel button. Not sure why, but my default Windows audio is not recognized bye CiscoIP. I need to leave the "Default WIndows Audio Device" setup and then next time that I start my CiscoIP Communicator, it ask me again to tune audio.
How can I allow CiscoIP Communicator to reach my default Windows audio to avoid the tune audio every time that I connect into CiscoIP?
Thank you in advance.

A couple questions: What IP Communicator version are you using? What happens if you try to use the microphone when selecting the "Default Windows device"? If you go on Windows Control Panel, Sounds and Audio Devices, under Voice and Audio tabs, what is the name of the default devices?

Hello,
I have upgrade the CiscoIP Communicator to version 7.0.1.0. Now I am able to ignore the Audio Tuning during the program startup. Thank you.
Best regards,
Antonio Cesar
