I want to know why these IOSs are removed. Is there any URL which could give me more information on the same. Issue is that currently we are using these IOS in our network. I would like to upgrade the boxes containing 'em. But I need to give business justification for the same.

They are removed because critical bugs have been identified and we want to be sure our customer moved to safer releases. Not all customers may be impacted by these bugs but when a release is deferred, no more fix or rebuild will be available.

With the releases you are currently running, if in the future you hit a bug or faced a security vulnerability, you will have to upgrade anyway so I recommend you to plan it now instead of doing it in panic mode.

Not listed in Deferred, but unable to download also.

Too many bugs had been identified so that's why I think they removed it.
