We have a client that is decommissioning a Unity server and moving subscribers back to a centralized/Main Unity server. Is there an easy way to export the subscribers from the old server and import them into the new one? It's okay if we have to tell them that they'll lose messages, just as long as we can create the new accounts and maintain the existing greetings.
Thanks!

Sounds like a good candidate for the GSM tool.
Global Subscriber Manager

Hope that helps,

COBRAS is designed for just this type of thing - check out the training videos and help file on its home page here:

Actually - you can use both GSM and COBRAS here - if the systems are on the same domain then you'd use GSM to move the users over and you have the option of using COBRAS as a follow up (it gets much more data for users than GSM does - you can overwrite the users you move with GSM).
If the systems are not on the same domain, only COBRAS is necessary.
