Microsoft call center technology and integration into Cisco?

MS is attempting to get into the VoIP market with their telephony platform. I understand that they are also trying to get into the call center as well. Does anyone know that the name of their call center platform is? Has anyone seen it implemented?


I have this problem too.

They bought *into* Aspect software. Aspect has been around for quite awhile
