We have about 144 users hanging off of a VG248.
When they receive calls via the auto attendant they always see the DN/Name of the voicemail port as opposed to the name/number of the outside caller.
I know that it is the voicemail that actually makes the call - but is it possible to have it send the correct name/number?

Assuming you're using Unity:
Check the transfer type. I'd imagine you'd get that if you were doing a supervised transfer. You shouldn't get that if you do a release to switch.
