when i make voip call from callmanager configured with a sip trunk connected to the service provider, the call disconnect at 60 minute how i can make it to 4 hours?

Your provider may be erroring out on the CUCM session refresh re-INVITE.
You can try increasing the value of the service parameter to see if you get different results:

I having the same problem
In my case the call disconect after 15 minute , but on the router I have "min-se 1800 "
Does any thing to be done on the Call Manager ?

It sounds like you have a session refresh problem with the provider.
2 ways to fix this:
increase the timer extremely high
find out what part of the refresh is failing.
15 minutes points towards failure because 1800 = 30 minutes, and the refresh happens at half the session. You probably have a CUBE bug you're hitting in regards to re-invites, or do not have 'midcall-signalling passthru' configured, or something similar.
