Greetings, i have a Cisco 2811 ISR running CME v7.0. I know this may sound like a straight forward question but it's one ive never been able to get working properly.

I would like to configure the local directory with customer and supplier numbers so that when an inbound call is placed from our SIP provider the name is displayed instead of the calling number.

Calls between SCCP enabled handsets display the calling name just fine.

I have the following commands in the config already.

service dnis dir-lookup

service dnis overlay

url directories http://172.28.255.4/localdirectory

directory entry 1 07*******10 name Test Mobile Number

I have tried the "no service local-directory" an using local speed dials but to no avail.
