DHCP option 66 allows you to specify a host name for TFTP. So, this is an option to have the phone register using DNS. This is not, however, a best practice as this introduces a reliance on DNS. Also, option 66 allows only a single entry. Option 150 allows multiple IP addresses for redundancy.
