All,
Is there any command on cisco router/switch/FW to add latency? Or is there a freeware running on a dual NIC windows box to add network latency?
Currently our application is running at 3ms delay environment, we want to see if it can support 10ms.
Thanks,

Hello Yuhui,
I used some years ago a tool from shunra to emulate a satellite link with a PC with two NICs
http://www.shunra.com/free-trials.php
other possible choices exist on the net
for example

Always used IPERF, brilliant little tool. There is also a GUI based version called JPERF thats run's on Java.
Recommend them both.
