Hi there. I have recently set up and configured a UC520 with two lines hooked into fxo 0/1/0 and fxo 0/1/1 and it currently won't display Caller ID. System was set up with CCA 1.9 with 7.0.2 software. As it stands, we have 4 CP7970 phones. I have connected a standard phone up to the FXS ports and dialed in and can see caller id so I know that the signal is coming through. I'm curious where I can look to change the configuration for this. System is located in Michigan with Verizon as the provider. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
