someone can help me about how configure the background in my CCM 3.3?

Google Cisco Phone Designer and download the tool from CCO, its easy. Just have to make sure you enable "Phone Personalization" parameter under the phone device.

In order to use Cisco Phone Designer, CUCM 6 or 7 must be installed.

we still use this CM in our company and I would like to have backgrounds to have in all IP phones 7960 that have here
