logic error occured prior to Locking TP Services

Hi everybody, we have a error "logic error occured prior to Locking TP Services" when call goes to an agent and he try to pick up by the hot keys ( F5 )

I have this problem too.

Couple of things to check, verify that the NIC speeds are set to 100MB/Full Duplex on the pg and call manager, and at the switch port. If using gig, set to AUTO at pg and call manager and switch port to auto.

If the above does not resolve the error try rebooting the pg.
