Agent Desktop Workflow error

Hi,


We are getting an error message "The Agent or workflow initiated action request fail"

whenever there is an Supervise transfer of call by an agent.

Checking previous topics i have also confirmed that "Caller Number" and "Redirected Number" both are uncheck in CTI Route point and CTI Ports.


Any workaround to that problem?
