When the user is away from his phone and when someone calls him he will drop to user's greeting. Is it possible to say something like 1 for transfering to user's cell phone 2 for the voice mail.
You can do it under the personal greetings and make 2 inputs. And then you can forward these user inputs to whereever you want.
