we are getting above message continiously, while checking that particular device everything seems to be fine, plse suggest.

You may wish to provide a show tech of the device so that people may see what is the problem.

DFM uses a fixed threshold for free memory, so maybe you should put it unmanaged for this device if no solution can be found

How did you establish that everything is fine on the device?
