IPMA failover with DNS

We need to implement IPMA with failover. Could anybody tell me how DNS to be configured?

IpmaActive IP1

IpmaStandby IP2

we have added host record like this,

IPMASRV IP1 IP2

Our MS DNS is not able to check the availability of the IPMA servers before reply to the query from cliens.

Failover in IPMA happens automatically,

service is only active in one server at a time.

Which failover you are testing? services failover (IPMA web service)

Let us know which failover u want to configure.

Yes,

Service fail over. We haven't checked it yet, We are still in configuration state. If its automatic, ie, phone tries 2nd CM IP, every thing will be fine,

I hope if DNS return both IPs, fail over is up to the phone.
