After changing IP of Pub info configured under CCMUser page does not work

Since changing the IP address of our Publisher we have had several problems. My current issue appears to be that information configured through ccmuser webpage such as speeddials and abbreviated dials are not available.

They where configured at the Publisher address/ccmuser and do not appear under the Sub. The phones are registered with the sub as usual.

Any ideas?

I have this problem too.
