Hello,
while outside caller (from PSTN) called one DN, the DN is not availaible, call being forwarded to Unity, after heard greeting, the outside caller begin to record the msg.
during record, is there any way we can edit/delete/re-record the recording?

Hi Guy,
If the person doing the recording Presses *Star during the recording they are offered the ability to re-record/delete/edit.

Unforunately, it did not work
I am using Unity Connection 7, I tried many options, like *, 9, 8, # etc, whenever I press the key, the msg being sent right away.
however, from internal, it works with option 8

Hi Guy,
Sorry about that...I missed the PSTN/Outside caller reference :) In UC 7.x this capability can be set under the Template or User;
Under > Template or User
Edit
Message Settings
Callers Can Edit Messages (Checkbox)
This is accessed by pressing # Pound while leaving a message.
