Can CUCM 7.0 work without the subscriber? I understand load balancing will be nonexistense, but we have 1 server and wont be expecting second to arrive for another 2 weeks. In meantime is it possible to have CUCM up with a few phones registered without the subscriber?
yes, that's a valid model. as you mention redundancy won't be available but you can use it in the meantime while you get the other servers
