QRT in CUCM 6.X

Hello friends,

I have a question. how do you use the QRT tool in version 6?

I would like to know how to retrieve the reports and all of that. It says something about using RTMT, and I didn't see anything in RTMT to use QRT

I'm having some delay and one way audio issues that I'd like to troubleshoot by using the QRT reports
