uccx cti port config

i recall years ago when heavily into ccx that there was an undocumented recommendation for cti port configuration based on doing moh via the script and moh via a media resource on cucm.

additionally, i'm curious about the max calls and busy trigger. Should these be changed to support 1 call and 1 call only as opposed to the standard 4,2?

To use MOH in an IPCCX script, you can use "Hold" and "Unhold" steps. You will have to configure MOH on CTI Ports. Also, you should set Max Calls on CTI Ports to "4".
