In SIP, you register numbers with an authentication/password. There's nothing specific to the type of card.

If you have a POTS dial peer with no wildcards in the destination-pattern (like you might with a FXS line) it will register that number.

In your POTS dial peer you would just want to create a new dial peer for each number you want to register.
