Hi,
Is there a way tackle high utilization from a PC.
how to identify and rectify this.
we are hit with conflicker virus and utiliation going very high.
Antivirus is not helping a great deal.
Is there a way to get control over it.

Hello Ronald,
you can use ip accounting to find out the Pcs with a lot of sessions to the internet.
these are likely infected.
int typex/y
ip accounting output-packets
you can check with
sh ip accounting
see
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/ipapp/command/reference/iap_i1.html#wp1051651
this allows to find out possible infected Pcs and to isolate them from network.
